Accessibility Statement

What we do to keep this site usable for everyone, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This document explains how Orbilox operates in plain terms. It is not legal advice. If you need it to satisfy a specific regulator or contract, have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before you rely on it.

01

Our Commitment

We want orbilox.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or who have reduced motion preferences.

Accessibility is not a one-off project for us. We treat it as part of building and maintaining the site, and we fix barriers as we find them or as they are reported.

02

The Standard We Work To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the benchmark referenced by accessibility legislation in Australia, the European Union and elsewhere.

We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit against that standard. We are therefore describing this as our working target rather than claiming certified conformance — we would rather be accurate than reassuring.

03

What We Have Built In

Measures currently in place across the site include:

  • Semantic HTML structure, so headings, lists and landmarks convey meaning to assistive technology
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, with decorative imagery marked so screen readers skip it
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls
  • Colour combinations chosen for text contrast against their backgrounds
  • Responsive layouts that work from small phones to large desktops without horizontal scrolling
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which disables our animations for anyone who has asked their system to reduce motion
  • Explicit width and height on images to prevent content shifting as the page loads
04

Known Limitations

We are aware of areas that may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working on them:

  • Some third-party embeds — including chat widgets and any embedded video — are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard
  • Older blog and portfolio content may contain images whose alternative text is less descriptive than our current standard
  • Certain decorative animations, while respecting reduced-motion preferences, have not been individually reviewed for every assistive technology

If you encounter something not listed here, we would genuinely like to know.

05

Reporting a Barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from doing something, please tell us. Email info@orbilox.com or call +91 7889909135 with the page address and a description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to explain what we can do and by when. Where a fix will take time, we will offer an alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.

06

Alternative Ways to Reach Us

If the website itself is a barrier, you can contact us directly by email at info@orbilox.com or by phone on +91 7889909135, and we will assist you personally with anything you would otherwise do online — including requesting a quote, asking about services, or providing information.

07

Keeping This Current

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the site, and at least annually. The date at the top reflects the last substantive review.
