Chauffeur & limousine vertical
Chauffeur business marketing, development and operations — end to end
Orbilox runs the whole stack for chauffeur and limousine operators: search and paid media, websites and booking flows, rider and driver apps, dispatch, fleet administration, reservation platform operations, and the corporate accounts that carry the quiet months.

The problem
What is actually costing you bookings
Invisible for the searches that produce bookings
Ranking for your own business name is not acquisition. Airport transfer, corporate car, wedding car and wine tour searches in your own service area are going to brokers, marketplaces and whichever competitor built their service pages first.
Paying brokers for bookings that should be direct
Broker and marketplace leads are rented. The margin is thinner, the customer relationship belongs to the platform, and the volume can be cut without notice. Every booking that arrives through a cut is one your own site should have taken.
Dispatch running on phone calls and spreadsheets
It works at three vehicles and breaks at ten. Missed calls overnight, allocation by habit rather than by cost, flights not monitored, and no record of what any driver was actually told.
No corporate pipeline, so the quiet months are quiet
Retail and event work peaks and troughs. Without corporate accounts to carry the gaps you discount in the troughs and turn work away in the peaks — and corporate accounts are lost at the documentation stage, not on service.
Capability
What we run for a chauffeur business
Eight services, each scoped on its own. Take one, take several, or hand over the whole operation.
Markets
Where we work
Three markets with genuinely different regulation, competition and search behaviour. The strategy is not the same in any two of them.
Process
How the engagement runs
STEP 1
Audit
Search and paid performance, Google Business Profile against your real map-pack competitors, site structure and speed, reservation platform configuration, and where bookings are being lost today.
STEP 2
Build
The foundations that unblock everything else: profile corrections, call and form tracking, site performance and structure, service and area pages, and the reservation platform configured properly.
STEP 3
Launch
Organic page set live, paid campaigns restructured by service line and value, review generation running, and the booking and quote path working on mobile.
STEP 4
Operate
Dispatch coverage inside your own system, fleet and compliance administration, platform operations, and the corporate outbound programme running continuously.
STEP 5
Scale
New service lines, new areas and new markets added once the core is earning it — plus affiliate arrangements for the work that travels beyond your own fleet.

FAQ
Questions operators ask us
What exactly do you do for a chauffeur business?
Both sides of it. The growth side is SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, websites, booking flows and mobile apps. The operations side is dispatch, fleet administration, reservation platform configuration and corporate account acquisition. Most operators start with one or two of those and add more as the first pieces prove out.
How many chauffeur companies have you worked with?
More than twenty, including Seven Star Passenger Service, GoAirport, Chauffeur Adelaide, Confy Rides and Blue Ribbon Limo. We focus on the USA, Australia and Canada, and work with operators internationally.
Do we have to take the whole package?
No. Each service is scoped on its own and most engagements start with one problem — usually either the booking site and search visibility, or dispatch coverage. We would rather fix one thing properly than sell a bundle you do not need yet.
Are you a broker? Do you resell our bookings?
No. We are an agency and an operations partner. Bookings, customers, fares, accounts and data are yours. We charge for the work, never a share of the job, and we never sit between you and your customer.
Who owns the website, apps and ad accounts?
You do, in every case. Websites and code are yours, apps are published in your own Apple and Google developer accounts, the Google Ads account and its conversion history stay with you, and your reservation platform licence remains in your name.
We are a small operator. Is this relevant to us?
Yes, though the order changes. For a small fleet the highest-return work is Google Business Profile, reviews, service pages that quote instantly, and a credentials pack for local corporate accounts. Mobile app development and detailed fleet analytics need volume behind them to be worth the spend, and we will say so.
Can you handle our licensing, accreditation and permits?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Operating authority, accreditation, airport permits and insurance are held by you, and the requirements differ by state, province, city and airport authority. What we do is keep the evidence you hold current in a compliance register and present it properly when a corporate buyer asks for it.
What results should we expect?
We do not publish percentage uplifts or revenue figures for this vertical, because we are not willing to put numbers on a page that you could not verify. What we will do in a first conversation is tell you which of your channels is leaking, what we would change first, and what that costs.
