Limo Anywhere Setup, Migration & Optimisation
Limo Anywhere configured properly: rate matrices, zones and surcharges, online booking tool, driver app rollout, data migration and affiliate network setup.
Limo Anywhere is a capable reservation and dispatch platform that most operators use at a fraction of its capability. The subscription gets paid, the basics get switched on, and then the rate matrix never gets built, the online booking tool never goes live, the driver app is used by two drivers out of nine, and quotes are still being worked out manually in a spreadsheet beside the screen.
The cost of a half-configured platform is not the subscription. It is the online bookings that never arrive because the booking tool is not embedded, the pricing errors that come from manual quoting, the affiliate work not captured because the network is not set up, and the reporting that cannot answer which service line is actually profitable.
We do the configuration and operational work: rates, zones and surcharges built out properly, the online booking tool deployed on your site, driver app rolled out to the whole fleet with the training that makes it stick, clean data migration from whatever you are leaving, and the integrations connected. Where the platform cannot do what you need, we say so rather than building a workaround nobody maintains.
The problem
What this fixes
Rates not built out, so quoting is manual
Without a complete rate matrix, every quote is calculated by hand. That is slow, inconsistent between staff, and the source of most undercharging — the airport surcharge, the after-hours loading or the extra stop quietly gets forgotten.
The online booking tool is never deployed
The platform can take bookings directly from your website into dispatch, and in a great many accounts that is simply not switched on or not embedded. Every one of those bookings becomes a phone call instead, or does not happen.
A migration that brought the mess with it
Moving in from spreadsheets or another system without cleaning the data means duplicate customers, broken account records and unusable history, which then poisons reporting and corporate billing from day one.
Driver app adoption stuck at a handful of drivers
Driver tools fail on rollout, not on features. Without hands-on training, a clear reason for the driver, and management actually enforcing status updates, dispatch keeps running on phone calls while the app sits idle.
Scope
What we actually deliver
Rate matrix and pricing configuration
Point-to-point and hourly rates by vehicle class, zones built around your real service geography, airport surcharges, after-hours and public holiday loading, waiting time, extra stops, child seats, tolls and gratuity handling — so a correct quote comes out of the system rather than out of someone head.
Online booking tool deployment
The booking tool configured and embedded in your website so online reservations flow straight into dispatch, styled to match the site rather than looking like a bolted-on third-party widget.
Data migration and cleanup
Customers, accounts, vehicles, drivers, rates and trip history migrated with deduplication and validation. We clean on the way in, because cleaning afterwards inside a live system is far more expensive.
Driver app rollout and training
The whole fleet on the driver app, with in-person or live training, a short written reference, and status discipline agreed with management. Partial adoption means dispatch has to run two processes, which is worse than one.
Affiliate and farm-out configuration
Affiliate relationships, farm-in and farm-out workflow and the associated rates configured, so overflow and inbound network work is captured in the system instead of in email threads.
Automated communications
Confirmation, reminder, driver-assigned and receipt messaging configured with your wording, so passengers are informed automatically and dispatch stops spending its day on status calls.
Integrations
Payment gateway, accounting, flight tracking and website connections set up as far as your plan and the platform permit. We confirm what is genuinely available before committing to it.
Reporting and ongoing administration
Reports that answer real questions — revenue by service line, by account, by vehicle, driver utilisation, declined jobs — plus ongoing administration if you would rather not own the platform internally.
Process
How the engagement runs
STEP 1
Audit the current configuration
What is set up, what is not, what is being done manually that the platform should be doing, and what is being paid for and never used.
STEP 2
Build the pricing model
Rates, zones and surcharges captured from how you really charge, then built and tested against historical jobs so the output matches what you would have invoiced.
STEP 3
Migrate and configure
Data migration with cleanup, booking tool deployment, communications, integrations and reporting. Sequenced so the business keeps operating throughout.
STEP 4
Roll out to drivers and staff
Training for office staff and the whole driver group, with the new process documented. This is the step that determines whether any of it is still in use in three months.
STEP 5
Optimise
Review quoting accuracy, online booking volume, app adoption and declined jobs after live running, and tighten the configuration against what the data shows.

FAQ
Questions operators ask us
Are you affiliated with Limo Anywhere?
No. We are an independent agency that configures and operates the platform for operators. We hold no vendor partnership or certification and we do not claim one — we work in the system because our clients run it.
Can you migrate us from another system?
Yes, including from spreadsheets, an older reservation system or a competing platform. The migration work is mostly data cleanup, and that is where the time goes.
Will our business keep running during the migration?
Yes. Migrations are sequenced around live operations, with a cutover window agreed in advance and the previous system kept readable until the new one is proven.
We already use Limo Anywhere but barely. Is that worth fixing?
Usually it is the highest-return operational work available to you, because you are already paying for the licence. Building the rate matrix and deploying the online booking tool alone changes how much of the day goes on manual quoting and status calls.
Do you work with other reservation platforms?
Yes. The same configuration and operations work applies to comparable reservation and dispatch systems, and we will tell you honestly if the platform you are on cannot do what you need.
Who pays for the subscription?
You do, directly to the vendor, in your own account. We never resell the licence or sit between you and the platform.
Can you train our staff rather than run it for us?
Yes. Many operators want configuration plus training and then to own it internally. We document the setup so it is maintainable without us.
